Our Community Values
MapleeEliteTables was built on a belief that entertainment is best enjoyed in a space where everyone feels welcome and treated fairly. Our community thrives because of four core values that every member is expected to uphold.
Respect — Every player at MapleeEliteTables deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of their skill level, background, or preferences. Respect for fellow players is non-negotiable.
Fairness — Games should be played with integrity. Exploiting vulnerabilities, gaming the system, or behaving in ways that undermine a level playing field are unacceptable and will be acted upon.
Honesty — Represent yourself truthfully. We expect all players to be genuine in their interactions and transparent in their conduct on and off the tables.
Inclusivity — Our platform welcomes adults from all walks of life. Discrimination of any kind — based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or any other characteristic — has no place here.
Conduct Standards
All players are expected to meet the following standards of conduct at all times while using MapleeEliteTables:
- Be respectful in all interactions, whether in community areas, support conversations, or gameplay contexts.
- No harassment, discrimination, or offensive language directed at other players, staff, or any group.
- Do not exploit bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform. If you discover one, please report it to our support team.
- Play with integrity — no cheating, no manipulation, and no attempts to exploit game mechanics beyond their intended use.
- Respect the entertainment-only nature of the platform. Do not misrepresent our virtual coins as having real monetary value.
What Is Not Permitted
The following behaviours are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate action against the offending account:
- Discussing real-money gambling in community channels or attempting to arrange real-money transactions via our platform.
- Attempting to sell, buy, or transfer virtual coins outside of intended gameplay mechanics.
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages, circumvent suspensions, or manipulate leaderboards.
- Impersonating other players, staff members, or representatives of MapleeEliteTables.
- Posting spam, unsolicited promotional content, or links to external sites without prior approval.
Moderation
We take community standards seriously and enforce them consistently. When a violation is identified, the following graduated approach is typically applied:
First Violation — Warning
For minor or first-time infractions, the player will receive a formal warning explaining the behaviour in question and the expected standard going forward. Warnings are logged against the account.
Repeated or Serious Violations — Temporary Suspension
Accounts found to have committed repeat violations, or a single serious breach of these guidelines, may be temporarily suspended. The duration will depend on the severity and history of the conduct.
Severe or Persistent Violations — Permanent Ban
Accounts engaged in severe misconduct — including harassment, exploitation, or persistent rule-breaking after prior sanctions — will be permanently banned from the platform. These decisions are final.
Reporting Conduct Issues
If you witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to our community team. All reports are treated in confidence and investigated thoroughly. We appreciate every report — it helps us maintain the quality of the MapleeEliteTables community for everyone.
To report a conduct issue, please email community@MapleeEliteTables.com with as much detail as possible, including usernames involved and a description of the incident.
Updates to These Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, community growth, or legal requirements. When significant changes are made, we will notify users through an in-platform notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated guidelines.
